1. Services

Muhammad Amir ("Consultant") provides SEO consulting, content strategy, technical SEO, and related digital marketing services on a project or retainer basis. Specific scope, deliverables, and fees are agreed in a written proposal or statement of work before work begins.

2. Payment

Fees are invoiced in USD unless otherwise agreed. Retainer payments are due at the start of each billing period. Project payments follow the schedule in the proposal. Late payments (beyond 7 days) may result in work being paused.

3. Intellectual property

On receipt of full payment, the Client owns all deliverables produced specifically for them. The Consultant retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in delivering the work.

4. Results disclaimer

SEO results depend on many factors outside the Consultant's control, including search engine algorithm changes, competition, and the Client's own site changes. The Consultant does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a retainer engagement with 14 days' written notice. Project work may be paused or cancelled by written agreement; fees for work already completed are non-refundable.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be referred to the courts of Lahore.
